When you sign up for Que Rica Vida they offer samples, recipes and coupons for General Mills products on their site.
After I signed up several months ago, I got some fabulous samples including a full sized Bisquick, a sample of Nature Valley Granola bars, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and coupons too! Once you register, you can log-into your account and update your profile with your address. Just keep in mind that this promotion is aimed at the Latina community & the sign up is in Spanish.
