Do you have a suggestion for how to get my money from them. I did one for toilet paper from K-Mart and they send an email that said I didn’t complete the process. I did and picked up the toilet paper from the store but as of now, I wouldn’t recommend them. That didn’t set well with me.
I bought the crayons from toys r us awhile back and have yet to get my $
I did the free Tide deal, but I haven’t been able to reach Take Cash Back. I tried to refer friends and family but the referrals did not go through and now it is too late for the deal. What is up with this?
I completed this offer last time it was available through kmart which was about two months ago. They did credit my account. It never turned confirmed until it was payable. So I think they have a problem with that aspect.

Can you pay with points and still do the offer?
Usually if there is a problem with TopCashBack, usually it is because it has not been 30-90 days yet, or another item is purchased or additional items are purchased at the same time,therefore deal will not work.
I opened my account when they offered a free “Frozen” DVD at Walmart. It was on March 22nd, definitely more than 90 days ago. Still showing in “pending” status.

I’d just like to say that these transactions can take up to 7 days to show in your account so this might be why you can’t see it yet. When we do have these tracking in your account then we can usually see them progress straight to payable but this is normal so there’s no need to worry here.
