I just found out about a really cool site called thegiftofgiving.com that enables you to give someone the ability to donate to the charity of their choice! I LOVE this idea.
I have in the past made donations in someone’s name to charity but it’s always been the charity of my choosing. With thegiftofgiving I just select the amount I want to give, and it gets sent to the recipient who then gets to choose from a VERY extensive list of charities to donate it to . How cool is that?!
