Don’t buy too long a subscription, as I doubt this mag will last! How many gun and garden enthusiasts are there?
Actually – the magazine has been around for at least 5 years. Garden & Gun is not literal – a representation of the South. It’s a great magazine (my favorite are the dog stories). It’s won several awards (most recently the James Beard Foundation Journalism Award in 2011) and it’s got a large readership in Southern states.
I love their articles about Southern travel destinations and they have some really good food articles too!
I just ordered mine. I miss living in the south..I was in Atlanta for 8 years and married a southerner. Back home in northern KY now, its just not the same.
