Free Coke Zero or Diet Coke WYB Pepsi Next

by Christie Bisbee on April 4, 2012

Pepsi is out with a new kind of Pepsi called Pepsi NEXT. It’s sort of a soda that’s between a regular Pepsi and a Diet Pepsi. It has 60% less sugar than Pepsi and less carbs but it’s not a full diet drink and there still is some sugar in it.

These will actually be FREE the week of 4/15 after Register Rewards. However, I decided to pick one up today.Β  When I bought it a Catalina for a FREE 1.25 liter Coke Zero or Diet Coke printed. So I decided to try it again at a different Walgreens, sure enough it worked again.Β  I actually bought (3) Pepsi Next at (3) different Walgreens and got the Catalina each time. So, I can’t promise it will work for you but there’s probably a good chance. πŸ™‚

Walgreens Deal
Transaction #1
Buy (1) Pepsi Next $0.99
Total = $0.99, Get Back a Catalina for FREE 1.25oz Coke Zero or Diet Coke

Transaction #2

Catalina for FREE Drink
= FREE

Makes it .50 EACH for the Pepsi NextΒ  20oz & the Coke Zero or Diet coke! Boy I hope those keep printing till 4/15 πŸ˜‰

I bought a 2 liter of Pepsi Next last Friday at Harris Teeter, which was free with an e-vic coupon and I received a catalina for a free 1.25 liter of Coke Zero.

I just bought a 2L of Pepsi Next there today! Bummer, should have grabbed a 20oz. I’ll have to try it out next time I’m there (which I’m sure will be soon with all these photo deals!). Thanks!

can you use the catalina to buy the next one and it prints it again??

and i wonder why pepsi is giving coke coupons…lol

Pepsi isn’t giving coke coupons, the catalina spits it out because you bought a competitor product. Coke obviously reimbursed the company for it, not Pepsi haha

Wouldn’t that be buy a 1.25L and not a 2L πŸ™‚

knowing that coke and pepsi contains 4-MI which have been linked to cancer … i will pass on that one .

Ang April 5, 2012 at 7:54 am

It’s not so much the 4-MI that I’d be worried about in the Pepsi Next. Has anyone read about the R&D controversy surrounding Pepsi & it’s newest product? I’ll never drink another Pepsi product again.

If you Google Pepsi+Senomyx, you’ll get a good start. If you can’t find the info that way, shoot me an email & I’d be glad to send you some links: outrjs1 at yahoo.com

I’ll try with cash another time and see what happens… 99 cents is a good price for a 20oz at any rate and hubs loves the stuff

I didn’t get one at Walgreens on Friday, but did get one at Kroger’s on Friday when I purchased a 2 liter and again when I purchased a 20oz. Tried again today at Kroger (4/7) and didn’t get one. So maybe it is over now.
