I bought 1 orange juice and 1 lemonade at Walgreens yesterday using the coupons. I also had a few other items (4 bags of M&Ms and 1 Carmex Vanilla). I had 2 RRs expiring soon, so I wanted to use those, as well. (I had enough items, because I only had (1) $1/2 M&Ms, so the other 2 bags made for enough items. I had the $0.30/1 Carmex.) I handed over my manufacturer coupons first, and the cashier wanted the Walgreens coupon before the RR, so then we did that. When he scanned the Walgreens juice coupon, the register said something like, “item(s) in purchase no longer match coupons”. (Not sure of the exact wording, as I only saw it for a second.) He then scanned my RR and went back and did something that he said made the juice coupon go through. My total was only $2.37 because I had $10 in RR, but I noticed after I left that it only took of one of the $1 juice manufacturer’s coupons. I’m still kind of new at this and the cashier was so nice that I’m not upset or anything, but does anyone know what went wrong? I just want to learn so I don’t make the same mistake. Thanks!

Sometimes Wags Qs attach to the item and don’t allow the MQ to attach to the item, therefore not allowing you to stack. Rather, sneaky if you ask me since policy is that you CAN stack coupons. So, to avoid that never give Wags Qs first! I’d never go back to that cashier ever again!

Are you assuming double coupons? How is this free otherwise? I’m from LOND so is this a rush to get scenario?

And if all else fails and you have a Cub Foods nearby – they’re 10/$10 this week. 🙂
That’s my plan as my Wags didn’t have any of these. Great deal though!
