It’s because they ran out of the FREE samples by the time you got there. When they were free there was no shipping and handling.
Same here, no shipping but a $2.99 handling fee! I would LOVE to try this product.

Me too, they wanted 2.99. Which I might not have minded paying but didn’t use paypal or the credit card I use.
