Here’s my Walgreens Shopping Scenario for the week of 3/10. In this scenario you’ll get $16.75 in merchandise, you’ll pay $12.75 out of pocket (or less if you use a Register Reward from last week to pay) and end up with $3 in Register Rewards and $3 in Points.
So it’s like getting everything for $6.75 or 60% OFF. 🙂

-) You don’t have to do these in one day, just pick up where you left off.
-) I always bring some extra fillers with me to the register, in case of an emergency!

Yes Jen – You get 1 RR for Glade but you should also get 3,000 Balance Rewards points. Did you use your card and check your receipt? You should have earned 3,000 points. If for some reason you didn’t just call Walgreens corporate and they will add them to your account. 🙂

Does anyone know if you use the Walgreen’s coupon for $10 off w $35 purchase, if the $35 counts before or after using mfg coupons? The coupon says the $35 is after Walgreen’s coupons but what about mfg coupons?
It is $35 before coupons. I used the same coupon today.

Your total needs to be $35 after any Walgreen’s coupons but before Manufacture coupons. HTH
It’s before mfg coupons… Hand over the $10/$35 coupon first then give the cashier your mfg coupons.. Hope that helps :))
Hand them the $10 first, then your manu q’s and you should be fine.
It’s after wagreens coupons, before mfg. Give the $10 off $35 before you give any other coupons and you’ll have no problems regardless.

The $35 counts after Wags coupons, but BEFORE mfg coupons. So if you purchase $40 worth of items, and use $4 in Wags coupons and have $5 in Mfg coupons, the $10 will still come off. That would make your total $21 + taxes ($40-$4-$10-$5=$21). Hope that helps!
I did the 1st transaction this morning with the 6 glade candles and I did not receive any register rewards only the 3,000 points. Where is this deal advertised? Should I contact catalina?
Go to CouponNetwork – you should see it advertised there. You can call then and ask them to send you your Register Reward. You can find their number HERE.

i did the glade deal today got the RR but not the 3,000 pts. im guessing it is because the coupons caused the total to go below $15. getting them would have made my day but i really needed the candles
Coupons should not effect points its 15 before coupons
Donna – the $10 off with $35 coupon can be used before man cps. Just be sure to give the cashier the $10 off coupon first

FYI, I combined the deals since I had one of the $10 off $35 (along with some other things I needed anyway). Got both RRs on the transaction but then got 1000 points (don’t know what I had that triggered that). When I called Balance Rewards to ask where the 3000 for the Glade was, he told me that using the $10 off $35 is why I didn’t get it because that shows in their system as taking a percent off the price of each item so therefore, I did not hit $15 of the Glade product. That is NOT how it looks on the receipts (it’s at the bottom as a coupon) NOR do I remember it saying on it that you can’t earn points with using it. I was polite and he fixed it, but I think this is a shady way of screwing customers out of rewards. Just wanted to let folks know.
thanks for the info. i did the glade deal too while using the 10/30 Q and now i see why i didnt get the pts. im searching for the customer service number now for tomorrow.
At my store, they had Suave Professionals mousse on clearance for $1.07. I stacked this with the buy 2 Suave Professionals product, get a free 18 oz Suave lotion found in the 3/10 SS. I did this deal twice in one transaction.
Add to that, I used a BOGO Suave Moroccan product. Did this twice as well and got 6,000 points. (buy $10 suave, get 3k pts)
I didn’t get the 3,000 Glade points or the 1,000 Cheetos/Doritos points. I spent $40 dollars. I called customer service and they didn’t know why I didn’t get the Cheetos points and added it to my card.
However, the 3,000 Glade points; they said I didn’t get because I used a $10 off $35 Wags coupon. They said that coupon takes a percent off each item to total the $10 and therefore brought my Glade total under $15 and therefore made my Glade total only $9 something. As a courtesy, because I didn’t understand how the Wags $ off coupon works, they said they would give me the 3,000 pts this time only. (btw: my receipt doesn’t show the reduced prices by using the $10 off, it just shows at the bottom of the receipt that it took $10 off)
Christie or anyone, in the future, do you know how to figure this out ahead of time before we pay to keep from losing points? I bought a total of 22 items (six were Glade candles) and I still don’t understand how they did the math on this one?????
