Hi guys. To be quite honest with you, I’ve not really gotten into it on the site but I’ve been dealing with some major family issues. ๐Ÿ™ So the past few months have been REALLY hard for me.

So I will start to do them again, it’s just been super hard to manage my job, the sites and the other stuff. But they will return! Just need a little time to pull myself back together again. ๐Ÿ™‚

Sorry to heard that Christie, I thought you did not post the updates from the field because there had not been that great since the beggining of the BR points.
We said in spanish ” LA FAMILIA ES PRIMERO ” everything after, and like Judy posted we can help too.

Christie, I’m really sorry about your family problems, and I hope everything is better soon.

I haven’t shopped at walgreens since the new card and points thing. Too bad too, because I used to find my best savings there. I probably should read up and learn the new system and policy.

As a walgreens employee i both love and hate the card system. i really love the convenience of it, you can purchase multiples of point earning items to gather points in quantity unlike register rewards, you can also earn BOTH. Just remember you can’t redeem points at collect them in the same transaction. Why do i hate it? I feel like such a jerk telling customers who have shopping there for years they NEED it or they don’t get sales prices. If it were just our coupons i’d feel less like a meanie. On the other hand sign up IS super easy, at the register it takes 30-60 seconds. If you’ve ever had prescriptions or photos at walgreens you really just need to verify. all the people scared of the grueling process of sign up need not worry… everytime i sign someone up they are all “WOW that was really easy”

i totally agree. i am an employee also and i have the same feelings you do. I do wish that they would do points on your purchase amount like they are doing now. I have had less people complain about not ever getting points the past 2 weeks. Not everyone wants to buy what you get the points for but hate having to have the car for the sale price.

SO sorry to hear this Christie. Many of the sites have helpers or other people who help manage to take the stress off- maybe you should hold a contest or something to have someone help you post! Or maybe you have shoppng friends who blog that can help out? You do a whole lot, and it is super appreciated ๐Ÿ™‚ Maybe time to ask for help though?
