I went early Sunday morning (7-27) and nothing was tagged with the new sale prices so I was pleasantly surprised to receive 3,000 points instead of 2,000 with the purchase of 2….however, I didn’t receive any RR with my purchase 🙁
Hmm… You can see the details for the RR offer HERE. Make sure you bought qualifying products – not all products qualify. If you did just contact Catalina so they can send you your RR.
I didn’t know there was anything you could do if you didn’t receive your expected RR so thank you for sharing that link. I bought 2 of the volume filler shampoos in one transaction and then 2 more of the same in a different transaction so as far as I can tell, all 4 were qualifying products. I called the number and submitted my information so hopefully they will send me out the RR. Thanks again for the info!

If this deal generates both RRs and Balance Rewards points, is it safe to assume then that you can’t redeem either in order to purchase these?
You can use RR to pay (as long as it’s not from the same offer), just don’t use points to pay because then you won’t earn points on the purchase.
I just went to Walgreen’s and got four of the shampoos, I got the $3 RR but no points??????? Is there anything I can do now?

Ok – yes using points was the problem. Before you do anything – I suggest calling Walgreens Balance Rewards customer service and explaining what happened. They may add your missing points as a courtesy since you didn’t know till now.

I was able to get back 4000 points, apparently they are only offering 2,000 points for each two bottles in NC. Still pretty good though.
If you log on to your l’oreal Paris US account, they have $2/1 hair care coupons which can make this a moneymaker deal.

If you use it for another L’Oreal you won’t get another RR, but you can use it for another deal that produces a RR and still get another RR. So, just not the same deal.
Oh this was a moneymaker for me! I bought 2. Used two $2 MQ from Loreal site (log in). Got 3350 points. And got $1.50 RR.

No if you have the coupons you can do it more than once, just don’t pay with points or the rr from the first transaction you do.
