Pantene Products Just 63¢ Each!

by Christie- on December 6, 2013

Pantene Panoramal5wThere are some awesome deals on Pantene this week with the Register Reward and Jingle Cash Offers. If you got at least four newspapers this weekend, you can get 8 Pantene products for just 63¢ each. Spend $30 on Select PG products, including Pantene, which is sale priced at 2/$8, and get $10 RR.  Plus spend $30+ and get back $5 Jingle Cash. You can read more about Jingle Cash HERE.

However, let me warn you that some of the Pantene are not printing the Register Reward. Unfortunately I don’t have a list of which ones don’t work. There are so many combinations, but I have a list of what my friend and I bought. We tried and failed a few times, but any combination of these listed below or pictured above will work:

  • Volume Shampoo (0 80878 04216 6)
  • 2in1 Volume Shampoo & Conditioner (0 80878 04220 3)
  • Beautiful Lengths Shampoo (0 80878 17104 0)
  • Beautiful Lengths Conditioner (0 80878 17101 9)
  • Curly Hair Series Moisture Renewal Shampoo (0 80878 04228 9)
  • Curly Hair Series Moisture Renewal (0 80878 04230 2)
  • Curl Defining Mouse (0 80878 04311 8)
  • All Hair Types 2in1 Classic (080878 00406 5)

If you have a friendly Walgreens, I suggest you stick to the products I’ve listed above, then ask them to switch out any ones you really don’t want for the one that you do want. My manager had no problem doing this. She said she would just fix the inventory manually. Or, the easier way to do this would be for you to buy the list above, then you’ll get your $10 RR. After it prints, ask your manger to post void this transaction. You’ll keep the $10 RR, then select the products that you do want, and pay for them just as you would with your register rewards and coupons. If the $10 RR prints out again, this can be destroyed since you already have one. If it doesn’t print out, you already have one, so you can be on your way.

This is a really great deal for Pantene, and it can be done, you’ll just have to have some patience, and I suggest you do this deal when you have lots of time. Also, the Jingle Cash failed to print on one of these transactions we tried out when one product was scanned, then the quantity was changed. Perhaps that’s a little glitch of some sort. So, if you are using only one product to force print the RR, ask them to wave the product at the scanner 8 times. I had a couple of problem transactions too where the Jingle Cash did not print if a product’s price was modified, like when you find a clearance barrette for 10¢ but it rings up 99¢ and they modify the price.

Can you buy the 8 in one transaction or does this have to be broken up into different transactions?

Seems like the P&G Rebate (http://www.pgeveryday.com/Assets/Modules/Editorial/HtmlContent/Holiday/Holiday_Rebate.pdf) might be a benefit here too ….. right?

I did this deal yesterday my Walgreens didn’t have any Pantene products marked so one of the managers priced checked some products for me 🙂
This is what I bought:
8 Pantene products = $32 (3 curly mousse 6.60 oz, 3 curly gel 6.80 oz and 2 aero med/thick hairspray 11.5 oz)
8 Mentos =$4
I used the IVC for the Mentos took off $2
used 4 ..$3/2 Pantene products from the P&G
Then I used 4 $5RR and a $2RR (that I earned on Black Friday (made sure I didn’t use any P&G RR’s))
grand total was $1.92 for the tax
Then I received a $10RR and $5 jingle cash
