The preview of the 6/24 Smartsource shows we should be getting a $1/1 coupon on Mitchum! Fingers crossed 🙂

I’ve had trouble in the past using coupons at my Walgreens that have another store’s name on it-even though it is a manufacturer’s coupon. Is this just an individual store policy?

Generally as long as it doesn’t say “only good at” or “redeem only at” most stores will take it. Ultimately it’s up to the store manager but they will get reimbursed.

Whenever you see “available at” it’s just that store paid for some advertising to get their name on the coupon, but you can buy it anywhere it’s available.

Thanks for the info, Christie. I’m going to try using them for this upcoming sale!

The Walgreens and CVS in my area will not take a coupon with any other store name on it.

My Walgreens just started that too. If Walmart is on the coupon or anyone else they won’t take it anymore (they used to). They said they won’t get reimbursed, and that was a manager saying that. No sense arguing, have to keep friendly with the cashiers. I also noticed the new registers are causing alot of problems. Anything new takes time to get the bugs out.

Perhaps in some cases the store will not get reimbursed??? I was told once at a store, not sure which one, that if they take a Catalina with another store’s logo on it, they will NOT get reimbursed. That sounds reasonable to me even though a Catalina is a manufacturer’s coupon that was printed at a specific store.

“Generally as long as it doesn’t say “only good at” or “redeem only at” most stores will take it.” Not where I live, if anyone reads that, they interpret it that you have to use it at that store, no matter how much explaining I do!

I apologize – I’m still really new at couponing. I’m just curious about when it says on the coupon “Limit one coupon per purchase” what that means….that’s the first line in the fine print on this coupon. Can I still use 2 of these coupons in one transaction or do I have to do 2 transaction and if I do 2 will I still get my $4 register rewards?

Thanks in advance for anyone’s help.

You can use two as long as you are buying or purchasing (2). If it says one per transaction then you can only use one even if you are buying two at the same time. Hope that helps! 🙂
