some stores (like mine) had them on clearance for 89 cents. I was thrilled to get 8 for practically free.
My store in CA had them for $1.69 per jar, and I bought two because that was still a pretty good price, and then I got home and found the $1.50 off two coupon! Woo hoo! So I went back and bought the rest. 🙂
My store had them on clearance for $.82 per jar and I used (2) $1.50/2 coupons and bought 9 jars. Woot woot! One of my favorite Wags employees tipped me off on this deal and I was so excited because we were on our last jar of Skippy from the 10 for $10 sale at Fred Meyer several months ago. This clearance wasn’t even marked….I wish they would mark these things so we wouldn’t miss out on them. By the way, I love your site and I’m thankful that my favorite Wags employee told me about it…now I stalk you every day! Lol
I checked 4 Walgreens yesterday, not one had them on clearance, darn! They were $3 a jar.
My store only had 2 jars of Planters Crunchy and it was $3.29. If it was just the creamy peanut butter on clearance and they sold out, the manager I asked didn’t bother to explain when I asked about the deal….would’ve been nice.
My store didn’t have them marked but since I knew others were finding them on clearance I asked them to price check it and it was on clearance! $1.60 each then used my coupon. Worth asking about!
