I tried to do the Zantac deal today, but it did not work. Was the clerk correct? I had the $5 coupon from the paper and I had the $2 coupon from the April Walgreens book-the clerk told me that BOTH are manufacturer coupons and allow me to use only 1 coupon. How do you know which coupons are walgreens coupons and which are manufacturer coupons.
I was also disappointed with the kelloggs deal. I have the coupon $4/4 and I wanted 4 ricekrispies, they only had 3 so I asked for a raincheck for 4 boxes. I was told that they cannot do that because they are not out-they have 3. Doesn’t make sense, I could go in on friday and get a raincheck if they sell those 3 boxes. I went to walmart, ad matched, got a better deal because I got 2 free bags of M&M’s with coupons on those boxes.

Your clerk is wrong – even the weekly ad shows the Zantac with both a coupon from the paper and the coupon from the monthly book. I would point that out to the clerk and to the manager. They can’t advertise it in the paper and not honor it in store. Also, the coupons in the monthly book are all store coupons.
