Still Time for FREE Vicks VapoDrops!

by Christie Bisbee on October 24, 2011

If you still have the Vicks coupons that expire 10/31, don’t let them go to waste. You can get FREE Vicks if your store carries the VapoDrops!

Not every store carries these but if your store does here’s a great deal for you. These are usually by the front of the store by the cash register, not by the cough drops.

***DEAL IDEA***
1 – Vicks Vapo Drops .99
(1) -$1/1 Vicks Product, anyΒ  – 10-02-11 PG x10/31
= FREE!

The $1/1 coupon will have to be adjusted down by $.01. However, if you have problems with the store adjusting coupons down, here’s another option for you…

***DEAL IDEA***
4- Vicks Vapo Drops 2/$1.79
1 – Vicks Vapo Drop $.90 (this one will not ring up $.99 because you have already bought 4)
Total = $4.58
(4) -$1/1 Vicks Product, any – 10-02-11 PG x10/31
= $.58 or UNDER $.12 EACH!

Nicole,
If you are planning on donating them to a food pantry then make sure that they can take them first. My local food pantry can not take any medications by law including cough drops.

Good to know! I am putting them in care packages to deployed soldiers who have specifically requested cough drops.

Is there a particular site you go to to find the list for deployed soldiers to send Care Packages to?? I never know what is legit and whether they are getting through. What has your experience been in sending the Care Packages this way. Thanks~

Would this still work if you only bought 3 items? I only have two coupons and was wondering how it could work. Would you then pay $2.78 – $2 (2 coupons) = .78??

It would be $1.79 for the first (2) and then $.90 for the third (that’s how it was ringing up for me). So $2.69 – $2 = $.69 for three. πŸ™‚

Once you had the (2) rung up the rest alternated ringing up $.90 & $.89 and so on.

Thank you so much! I love the option you give so they don’t have to adjust the coupon! You are a sweetheart! I have 9 left and was getting scared they would go to waste! I will wait until this Friday to see if good sales pop up if not I will definitely use my coupon towards this =)

Guess what I did? I cut these coupons the wrong way!!! I accidently cut the expiration off, but ofcourse I saved them & am going to try taping them back on & hopefully they’ll take them. Don’t you hate when you accidently line them up wrong? I have 10 coupons with only the 1st 2 having the expiration still attached:(

I got 5 of these today doing your 2nd deal! I combined them with the Dentek floss picks and had overage from one of my previous RR’s, so I added these in to my transaction and ended up getting them totally free! Yay! No beeps or anything!

I did two transactions today, five in each, which came to just .96Β’ total for 10 packs – YAY!!! No beeps at all. It couldn’t have come at a better time too, cause we are a sick house & could really use them! lol
