I can confirm that they are indeed buy one get one at 50% off at my loal Walgreens. I just picked up a couple an hour ago.
After two $5 coupons, I only had to pay a couple of bucks plus sales tax. It was like getting each one for under a dollar! SWEET DEAL!
I’d rather get it now at nearly $1 each, than waiting until next week to get it for free with the May coupon. (by then, they may not be on the shelves anymore) 🙂

I went to walgreen yesterday to purchase this item -$5 Tylenol Precise PRINT Coupon and my -$3 Tylenol Precise, 2.5oz or Heat Patch or 3 or 4pk May Walgreens Coupon Book.
Walgreens would not take both of them they would only take one of them. So I walked out without my item 🙁
