I transferred my membership to myWalgreens already, and I was able to get the cash rewards, including what used to be the Everyday points, immediately. In the Terms & Conditions it reads 3 days, so I hope that they are immediately awarded, but keep in mind that they may have not updated their new rewards system entirely yet.
