Used the $5/5 and $4/4 coupons to get them all for $0.99 each. Submitted for rebates and just got five $10 pre-paid debate cards. So, yes, you can definitely use coupons.

Do you know if the $2 RR on $10+ Nice! products is a month long RR? I saw it on here but not in my ad so I searched the online ad for Nice!. It shows the RR and says valid Apr 1 – Apr 28.
