I thought if you pay with Balance Rewards, you won’t earn them..? Is this not the case? I used BR’s yesterday to pay for something that had a BR deal included, and I did not get the new points that I should have.
Hey Elizabeth, if the offer is threshold points (TO reach a certain amount rather than a quantity of product), you can’t use points to pay. Or, also if you have a catalina coupon to earn points for reaching a threshold, you can’t use points to pay.
For points offer for buying a quantity of product, you can pay for these offers with points and still earn points. Also if you have a SPECIAL just for you offer FOR EXAMPLE to get say 500 points for buying one Nice product as a coupon clipped to your card, you cannot pay with points.
