purchased the shotz all natural energy drink pomegranate and the rr did not print. I pointed this out to the clerk and he was clueless. The manager had no idea either as to why it didn’t print. Any suggestions on what to do?
They did not print for me either, I asked the manager if he would just give me points and he did.
mine didnt print either.. manager was kind to give me a 5 dollar gift card.
All you have to do when the RR doesn’t print is ask for a manager. Then let the manager know you’ll take points or have them modify the price of another item.
We tried it at our store. Three transactions. It worked fine as long as we weren’t using RR to pay for it. And that time they just scanned one of the other ones we got on the next transaction, and let us keep the RR.
Uhhhh…You all have great managers! Two stores, two managers and neither did anything but say they didn’t know why. They just returned the item and refunded my money. No worries because I didn’t lose or gain anything.
