Here’s my Walgreens Shopping Scenario for the week of 12/30. In this scenario you’ll get $30.99 in merchandise, you’ll pay $6.19 out of pocket and end up with $3 in Register Rewards and $1 in points. So it’s like getting everything for just $2.19.
You are getting 10 items so it’s about $0.24 per item! Pretty good when that includes vitamins, two granola bars, weight loss supplements, energy drink and 4 boxes of cereal.

Today the 4.00 off coupon says “this coupon is no longer valid. please give coupon back to customer.” so you mmv when using it. my store would not take it.

Mine had a ton no peelies thow but 2 prenatl left got 4 boxs weight loss,2 pre nat,5 energy shots,2 bio deep cond was on clerance,4 dawn,2 dixie plates and 3 dig pizza paid alittle over 20 n have 12 rr n got 3500 points on dig
My store had the $10 peelie on the Fit Smart Simply Slim, so $10 Money Maker…!!!
I went to 5 wags, all but one had the peelies removed. The stores took them off last night.
I got to the store and everything was wiped out. There was someone checking out with cases of brainstrong and smart simply. Bummer, I went to three different stores too.
Just went to my local store again and they stocked the simply fit and they had peelies paid 3.44 have $40 RR !!! Whoohoooooo
I bought 3 Digornio pizzas and used the buy 2 get 1 free coupon. they were priced 7.49 and the coupon only took off 7.01, I did get 3500 points and a surprise 2RR from digornio.so I basically paid 9.96 for 3 pizzas…..about the same price as I would have paid at walmart.
I just had a very unpleasant experience at a Walgreens. First the cashier told me several times how she hated coupons. I told her I got it, you hate coupons. Then she could not get 2 coupons to scan. So she called the manager and he told her to manually enter them. I knew it was going to be problem because I still had RR to use. So after I gave her my RR, shd told me that I had to give those to here first. I told her that I have never had to do this before but she insisted and then called the manager down. He said the same thing and was rather rude about it. I told him the day before I was at the store down the street and they took the RR after my coupons. So the first time since I started couponing, I left my bags on the counter, told them to give me back my coupons, and walked out! Has anyone else have this problem. I know this was a problem when they first got their new system but I have not had this problem in a ling time.
No. I have never had that problem and think they were wrong. I would call the home office and ask them if that is a new procedure. I am almost sure they will say no and will then want the location of the store and what time you were there. I would definitely report it since they were not correct. Sorry you had a bad experience but by reporting it maybe it will prevent someone else from having a similar experience.
I did call the customer service line and they said that they were wrong and aplogized for the mistake. She then put me in touch with the local customer service and she said the same thing and that they would be contacting the store. I also called and spoke with GM at that store and he said he had never heard of that policy and he would make sure he talked to the manger and cashier. Went to another wags tonigt and did the same tranaction and had no problem.
