Here is my scenario for 12/26. There are only 2 transactions in this scenario. We have many P&G Register Reward deals in this ad. You won’t have any issue using the $10 RR from Vicks to purchase the P&G products that give smaller Register Rewards (like the $2 or the $1).
Remember, don’t use a P&G Register Reward to purchase another P&G deal that gives a Register Reward for the same dollar amount! For example, if you use a $2 P&G Register Reward from Pantene you won’t get the $2 P&G RR from Febreeze. All the P&G $2 Register Rewards will be coded the same.
In this scenario you’ll spend $10.45 out of pocket, get $56.01 in merchandise and end up with $7 in Register Rewards. So it’s like you paid $3.45 for $56 in merchandise! MQ are in blue and count in your coupon total, Wags Qs are in Red and do not.

I thought that there weren’t any inserts in the 12/26/10 paper, yet your scenario refers to the P&G 12/26. Are there any inserts in this Sunday’s paper?
Kfroe – Yes you’ll have a P&G! 🙂
Christie, thanks for posting the deals. One question – can you still use the free puffs coupon wyb 2 vicks products against the vicks sinex since your already using a $4 manufacturer coupon for it? I might end up with a cashier telling me that I can’t do that. Please enlighten me =).
Ken – The FREE Puffs coupon should attach itself to the Puffs not the Vicks so you should be good. 🙂
Becky – Yes, as long as they are different values you should be fine. Since it can be confusing when you have lots of $1 & $2 P&G RR, I figured doing a scenario where you just have a $10 one and then the smaller ones would be easier and help avoid confusion. Believe me, I’ve accidentally done it and then I just kick myself for doing it. LOL.
Kelly – No, it will generate more RR as long as it’s not the same one. 🙂
So I can use a P&G RR on a P&G item that prints a RR and get the new RR? As long as it’s not the same amount? I didn’t know I could do that! I didn’t realize I could buy all those P&G in one transaction and get all the RR either. Thanks
Okay so just a question…..you can use the 10 P&G rr from the first transaction to pay for the P&G items in the second transaction and still generate more P&G rr? I thought you couldn’t pay with a P&G rr and get one back even if it was on a different item and/or amount.
I think if the P&G RR’s are a different value, it will print. Say you get a $1 RR back, you can use it on an item that is a $2.50 RR. However, that has not always worked for me, so rather than loosing out, I just roll P&G rr’s on non-P&G items and go back & forth.
I can’t find the “in ad Q” for Dove…am I just missing it? I’ve been through the ad 4 times.
Kris – It’s the $.49 Mars Chocolate (Dove is a Mars Bar) 🙂
Christie: I bought 1 Aussie shampoo & a hair spray and tried to use the $1/1 and the BOGO, on that order, and the register don’t allowed the cashier to enter the amount for the free item, she tried and tried, and when she void the $1/1 the BOGO coupon worked fine. I think that it’s attached to the 2 items. I did it twice at 2 stores. Any ideas??? Thanks.
Hi, can you please tell me how do you get the Olay 4 pk bars for .50 each?
Lisa – Sorry it’s the 2pks for $.50 (and you actually will get both for that price). So $.25 each or $.12 a bar, pretty good deal!
In order to qualify for the 10 rr for the Vicks deal does the amount needed to get the rr need to be after coupons or can it be before?
Jessica – You it needs to be $20 before coupons, making it such a super deal!
Oh good, thanks!!
I have had the same issues at Walgreens with BOGO as Maria in comment#10. If I use a BOGO, or sometimes a $xx/2, it seems to attach to both items, thereby making it impossible to use the “one coupon per item” strategy. I just printed out the coupon policy and was going to take it to the store with me next time, but I just wondered if I have a case to present? Can the cashiers force the additional coupons through? It seems like if a coupon beeps, they go into panic mode, and just want to ignore the whole situation. Thanks.
Hello, Can I use the mq coupon for Pantene B1G1 and the $3 off 2 at the same time. This would make it s very sweet deal.
Hi Teresa- No, The $3/2 applies to both so using the B1G1 also would be like using 2 MQ on one item. But if you had a $1/1 or something you could use that. Hope that helps!
