Scenarios WITH Register Rewards 7/18

by Christie Bisbee on July 17, 2010

Here is my scenario for someone WITH Register Rewards. In this scenario you’d start off with $3 in RR. You’d spend $.13 cents out of pocket (OOP), get $33.76 in merchandise, and end up with $4.50 in Register Rewards!

I love getting my out of pocket costs to under a quarter! I can probably find $.13 between the cushions of my couch!

A couple of notes on these transactions…
-If you have not yet done the Pilot G2 Pen Rebate, look for pens with the rebate on the back of the package for an even bigger Money Maker!
-The price of the Crystal Clear Reach Toothbrushes may vary.
-I’ve highlighted the coupons that count in your total in blue and the one’s that don’t in red.

Have Fun! 🙂

Thx for the scenarios! I’m not sure if the kettle chips coupon is the right date. Is it for Krunchers, 6/27 SS?

Hi Michelle – It’s not the Krunchers coupon. It may have been regional. There was also a $1/2 blinkie out there and another $1/1 in the Susan Koman coupon book if you happen to have either of those. If you didn’t get it just substitute the Kettle Chips for something else like the Act II popcorn or the Chex and it should still be ok, just a little bit more OOP. Even though $1.50 is pretty good for the Kettle chips, they are so yummy!

Hi Amy – The sale prices for tomorrow are probably already ringing up but the Register Rewards won’t kick in until like 2am.

Hi Julie – My stores have it by the weight loss stuff. So not by the food products.

In case anyone runs out of celsius coupons, you can print unlimited from the celsius website, only $2.00 off but this stuff is good!!and you cant beat the deal!

I noticed that you have fillers on all your transactions? Why is that? I thought you could use 1 Wags coupon & 1 Man Q per item. Or do you need to have as many items as you have coupons? Thanks for the help! There are a few things that I would have both coupons for & I want to make sure I have it right. I had an issue with RR a couple of weeks ago & I don’t want to go in there again & have more issues! 🙂

Hi Julia – Yes, You need as many items as coupons (excluding Walgreens coupons). In some of the scenarios I need an extra filler in order to bring my total over $0. So that’s why there might be an extra filler in some of them.

There is a link out there somewhere, sorry I do not remember where to get a coupon for Kettle Chips $1/2. If this helps.

Amy-some 24 hr store prices won’t change until 5 am or later. They will price modify your items for the sale price after midnight (you’ll need to let the cashier know your items are on sale). The new RR will automatically start printing after midnight.

I need 10 Pilot G2-pens,2pk. Are they takes $10 off automatically with July Wags coupon book?

Sarah July 19, 2010 at 11:31 am

This is a newbie question, but when you are doing multiple transactions, do you do them in one go at the counter? or do you go back into the store get what you need for the next transaction and head to the counter again for as many transactions as you are making?

Reply

Christie July 19, 2010 at 12:06 pm

Sarah – I normally do one transaction and then if no one is in line behind me, I’ll do another. If someone is in line, I’ll get out of the way and let them pay, then do my next transaction.

Note of caution :
At my Walgreens the 5.8 oz toothpaste is priced at $4.49 and the 4.0 oz is $3.49. The advertisement says the 5.8 is $3.49 and you get it free after a $3.49 RR. The RR does not print out for the 4.0 oz, which I purchased because of the price. I’ll be going back to return the smaller size and try again, but be careful not to get caught up on that mistake too.

Oh yeah, and all the pens are sold out at all the stores in my area. :/
