Here is my scenario for someone with NO Register Rewards.
In this scenario you’d spend $2.34 out of pocket (OOP), get $68.32 in merchandise, and end up with $19 in Register Rewards!
As if that’s not good enough, you can then send off for the Listerine rebate HERE for an extra $9! I’m willing to give the rebate a shot since for me it’s just icing on the cake and I have nothing to loose but my stamp.
A few points about these transactions…
-If you have the $1.50/1 Neutrogena Coupons from Safeway just throw in $4.50 worth of merchandise and do the same transaction.
****If your store has the Reach toothbrushes priced at $4.49 be sure to have an extra $1 worth of merchandise to throw into the transaction!
-If you don’t have the Schick coupon in your paper, just drop Transaction #4.
-I highlighted the MQ (that count in your coupon total) in blue and those that don’t in red.

Christie-Have you talked with the managers at your store about the Neutrogena bars? My stores have been out for a week and have not gotten and in and do not expect to. They said they may but because of the demand…I was wondering if Wags was not sending them because they are a MM?

No what she is saying, is to get more bang for your buck that week, keep using prev. transaction RR to pay for your transaction. I think LOL
This scenario is for someone with no register rewards to start with. So they wouldn’t have any Register Rewards from last week. I always do 2 scenarios, one for those of you who have RR from the previous week and those who do not.
We’re out of Neutrogena bars too bummer! but What I wanted to know was do you think the Gillette Fusion ProGlide sneak peak set will still have a rr this week?
I’m not sure but I fully intend to have my cashier scan it for me. If it’s still ringing up at $9.89 then my guess is it will. I’d really like to find more of those too!

I was wondering, are coupons different in areas of the country? I am in Tn and I have looked and looked for the Reach total care coupon and I cannot find it.:( Also the Nivea one I found was $1 instead of $3…but I am so happy I just found you today!! I am hoping to save $$ by following what you do …if I can only get these coupons!lol

Hi Michelle, Welcome! They can be different. That’s why I’m a big fan of using a coupon clipping service like My Coupon Hunter or the Coupon Clipping Crew. You can often get coupons that you don’t have in your paper. It’s one of my favorite tools!

Hey I have a question….I used register rewards to pay for some stuff yesterday and it didn’t print me any out even though the stuff I bought should have given me register rewards. I wasn’t using them for the same promotion either. The manager said they won’t print out if I pay with register rewards? Also I bought 4 gillete body washes and two deodorants…I had a buy a deo get a body wash free(2 of them) and a buy a body wash get a body wash free(2 of them) I gave the buy a body wash get a body wash free to them first then gave the other. Those worked but when I tried to use $2 off of 2 deo she wouldn’t let me/ Was I wrong or was she…I get confused on these sometimes..Did I make any sense? lol Thanks Becky

Looks to me like you had a coupon for each item so the register should have let you do it.
@Becky. I think sometimes the cashiers are not well trained in the area of coupons. (not saying anything bad about cashiers, I was one, once) The system should have picked up on it and allowed you to use it. Did she not even scan it?? Sorry this happened..
No she didn’t even scan it…she called the manager and they wouldn’t let me use it. It really ticked me off..lol I mean I did it right didn’t I? Bought 2 deodorants and 4 body washes…had two B1G1 body washes and two Buy a deo get a wash free coupons plus my $2 off. UGH she said the Buy one get one deo counted as a coupon on the deo and I couldn’t use another one for it. What would u do in that situation? I called district and somebody is supposed to contact me but if I was supposed to have 6 body washes for my coupons I don’t want to push it. Is that how they’ll look at it that I should have had six instead of four…confuses me..lol Thanks for ur help..Becky

I was a Walgreens employee. YOu are right the cashier and manager were wrong. If for some reason the register will not scan it, they can manually put it in. Calling didstrict was a good idea..If that happens again dont talk to the assistant manager. Talk to the store manager during day hours. They know the routine with coupons.
There was a $1 Neut. coupon in today’s SS. Think it would work for the Neut deal? It just says $1 off ANY Neut facial cleanser. Gonna test this out today for sure!!
Yes there is a $1 coupon but it says Target Coupon on mine..it yours any different?
I went to walgreens they did not let me buy the listerine for transaction 3… 🙁 anyway for transactions 1-3 I spent $3.60 which is pretty good considering i did not have the nivea coupons.. 🙂
