I did a Shea deal and got the $10 RR, and when I tried to use it, the coupon didn’t work, even though my purchase was above $10 and the cashier said it might be because I bought sale items. Do you know how this works when you go to spend a Register Reward like this one? TIA
Sounds like a coding problem with the coupon. This will vary by store. Sometimes they will force it but it’s not because it was on sale. That should not matter. Sometimes you have to try a different store or call the 800# may be able to give you points if you get an understanding agent.
