The $5 RR prints as a STORE COUPON for any Hair care purchase. I did not use it yet but it should work like the last one. You can use it with a manufacturer’s coupon, even a Clip2card but just make sure after the $5 comes off, the price of the item equals to or is greater than the value of the MQ. Also if you’re going for a threshold deal of some kind like a booster coupon. Deduct the $5 Cosmetics RR THEN reach the threshold required.
