I’m always on the Walgreens website, and I’ve been having issues. I don’t know if some of you have as well. This charming message has been popping up for me for the past few weeks sporadically whenever I searched for random items, like Colgate. I’d search again right away then Colgate would come up. However, this Sunday it was popping up non-stop. As soon as I signed out, I was able to search normally. The Walgreens rep had some ideas on how to fix it below. I tried another computer first. The above notice appeared for a second then the Colgate came up, so then I went back to my desktop. I started at the top then stopped when I got to the third option– the cookies since that one worked. Whew! However it keeps happening, do I’ve been having to delete the cookies several times since I first tried it.
- Closing and reopening the browser (didn’t work)
- Try another browser signing in of course (didn’t work)
- Clear your cookies (ding ding ding — this one worked. I only deleted the Walgreens cookies (all of them))
- Clearing the cache
- Verify last version of Adobe Flash — seems kind of hard since this one’s reached end of life
- Reboot your computer
- Try another computer
- call them if the above list doesn’t work

I have the same issue since yesterday and I called them. They said I had to clear the cache and it was not Walgreens issue.
I use Chrome. It is weird that if I do not log into my account, it works. When I log in, I have that issue.
When I tried to switch to another browser, it worked but I think if I start using that browser for a while I will have the same issue.
I have tried different browsers, computers, rebooting, calling them and emailing the. I don’t see how they are saying it is not a Walgreens issues when I have heard about several people with the same problem.
Agreed! It’s a Walgreens issue for sure! Same issues here. There is something going on.
