Hey Sandi, no you have to buy 2 lip that’s what the weekly deal is for the $7 RR. Also some of the colors didn’t work for me. Tried the Revlon Colorstay Overtime Lip CL Pink, Overtime LIp Hot pink, and Ult Suede High Heals, and I only got the $5 RR, but when I got three of the lips pictured above, I got both the $7RR and the $5 RR.

The RR doesnt seems to work for the buy 3 get one free. It does kick out a $10 Catalina coupon for any 1 items over $10 and it does rollover again and again.
