Can the $7/$25 be used in the same transaction as a $5 reward with $20 purchase?
If one of the coupons is digital and the other is a paper coupon (printed from the catalina), yes you can use both and get 12,000 pts wyb $25 beauty. Cannot use points to pay, but you can use manufacture coupons to bring down the oop cost. Can also use register rewards to pay.
