Thank you so much for posting this! I used my $4.50 coupon on these. The coupon book $3 off wouldn’t take off. The cashier said that the may book doesn’t start until may, but they gave me the $3 off anyways… Why would they put it out if we can’t use it yet?
You can use it – Used it today on these and it was fine. But, maybe her scanner was being moody. If that happens again ask her to just type in the 4 digit code at the bottom of the coupon. 🙂 Glad you got them!
Kristy, the front of the May coupon book clearly says “Offers Valid 4/26 thru 5/30”. As long as I’ve been couponing at Walgreen’s the dates on the books have always followed the calendar weeks to coincide with their ads not the exact whole month of…..never been a whole month.
My Walgreen’s wouldn’t allow 2 store coupons in 1 transaction so I couldn’t get the surprise Catalina :-/
One is a MQ and the other is a Store coupon. AND they advertise it in their ad – page 10 – come use this $3 Wags coupon and the $2 on-line printable.
Seriously – I would call corporate about this one since clearly whoever was ringing you up is not up to speed. Or go back and say – um here’s your ad – page 10 where you tell me to do this.
But you only need 1 store coupon and the computer automatically takes it off of every one of that item. They rarely have a limit listed on these. Possibly maybe a misunderstanding with the clerk saying you only needed one. However, I do realize an awful lot of clerks do not know coupon policies very well.
I bought 2 and used the coupons and book, but no register reward printed from Catalina. Does it start in May?
