We have some new coupons out that make for really nice deals at Walgreens, so I decided to come up with another scenario for everyone. In this scenario you’ll get $24.73 in merchandise. After sales and coupons you’ll pay $5.73 out of pocket and you’ll keep $2 Register Reward, so it’s like you’re paying $3.73 for everything or 34¢ per item! Plus check out Valentine’s Day clearance for even less expensive fillers! 😉

Sure, there’s a monthly points deal for Colgate when you spend $10 on select products. You can see the details below…

I didn’t think you could use reward points on a transaction hat prints out a register reward
Yes, you can – in fact it’s a great way to go back and forth between the two. You can use RR on a transaction that prints RR and you can use points on a transaction that prints RR. You just can’t use point and earn points.
You actually can I went to Walgreens today and purchased the speed stick gear. After I bought the first one I went back in line and purchased the second one just to see if it works and I actually got another $2 in register rewards. So the Speed Stick cost 4.79 its on sale for 2.99. Used the $2 off coupon from this site, and ended up paying 0.79cents + tax. Recieved $2 in register rewards. So I actually earned over $1 back.
does it tie to your card, or can you do that Gear twice in two transactions?
No, it doesn’t tie to your card, like CVS. So, you can do it more than once. 🙂
