I love Good RX! I use it all the time. It’s amazing how much cheaper it is. For anyone out there that has insurance, sometimes GoodRX is less expensive. Thanks for posting.
Awesome – Thanks Wylene! I think it’s a great service so I’m glad to hear it’s helped you save.
Currently although I have insurance – I had to buy it on my own and, it – well – honestly – it sucks. LOL. So Good RX has helped me save a lot too. 🙂
One of the major, major club stores has low, low, low prices on generic drugs that are very, very hard to beat.
Insurance these days is crazy for sure, and don’t know how we can keep getting 10% increases in premiums…we will all soon work just to pay insurance. I always look at these saving clubs for Rx, and my only reason for sticking with my insurance is that running thru prescriptions helps me reach my deductible faster, as we always do reach it…
I am really surprised no one ever talks about the Prescription Savings Club from Walgreens. It helps to save on many common medications for uninsured people. And if you get the family membership, you are allowed to add pets. There is a annual fee (I think it is $25 for indiv, $35 for family), but the card can also be used to get 10% kickback on many walgreen brand items. I just used the prescription part for the 1st time on my cat, saved me $21 over what the vet was charging for a 90 day supply on her pills. I have been using the PSC card for years, though, to get the 10% kickback on things like Walgreens diapers, etc. its easy to use. Just swipe the card on the pinpad at checkout. If you bought qualifying items, the bonus is added to the card. Next time you use the card the bonus will be subtracted from your total. You can gain new & use old bonus $$ in the same trans. So even if you don’t need the script coverage, but buy a lot of Walgreens brand (Nice, W, Well, etc) items, its worth it.
