You’ll get 100% cash back if you purchase this item at Walgreens or any other participating store now thru 11/9. SavingStar offers freebies every Friday so check back every week to see what freebie we can grab! Just go HERE to check it out and get started.
UNFAMILIAR WITH SAVINGSTAR?
If you missed the news, SavingStar is now available at Walgreens! They have a new mobile app where you can redeem your offers by submitting your receipts. To get started, just go HERE and sign up for your FREE SavingStar account, enter your zip and choose Walgreens as a store you shop at. You can also select other stores like CVS, Walmart or Target.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll have to confirm your e-mail. Next you will need to download the FREE app via the iTunes store or google play store. Once downloaded you can browse for current offers and add them to your list. Once you’ve purchased the product(s), use the app to submit your receipt.
Your cash will be deposited in your SavingStar account between 2-22 days, and once your account accumulates $5 you can cash out via Paypal, bank account transfer or Amazon Gift Card. Just go HERE to sign up for your FREE account and get started!

Christie, as of 10/31/14, SavingStar is no longer offering Amazon gift cards. That was the only reason I signed up. I’m still waiting to see if they are going to offer something else that might be of interest to me.
Thanks Lisa, I totally missed that. Do you have Paypal? You can get straight cash in your Paypal account. That’s what I use for the cash back apps like ibotta too. It’s easy to just transfer in there and then you can use your Paypal Balance to pay at Amazon. 🙂
Christie, thanks for your reply.
I don’t have a PayPal account because I don’t feel comfortable about linking to my checking account. And, besides, I wasn’t happy with my dealings with PayPal a few years back when I was buying things through ebay. In SavingStar’s email about discontinuing Amazon, they said they were working on some other payout methods, to be announced in the future, so I’ll just wait and see.
