Well, I need help staying cool due to the fact I’m eight months pregnant and chasing after my two and a half year old son everywhere!
The only outdoor activity I have planned for myself is sitting by the kiddie pool and dipping my feet in!
My summer sport(and all year round sport/ is called menopause. Can’t do enough to keep cool at this point in my life. I live in Las Vegas and that doesn’t help with the hot flashed either. :0)

Running & playing soccer with my family especially after giving birth 4 months ago
