I just got home from doing this deal. Would you believe they made me ring it in 2 transactions because the coupon says 1 per purchase? And yes, I was buying 1 of each type just like your deal says so I could get the Ibotta rebate. So I get home and see that the one the cashier took off is not the same one that he rang up in the second transaction. So now I have 2 receipts for the same product when I clearly bought one of each. I know I am correct that I could use 2 of that coupon in 1 transaction and pointed that out to them, otherwise why does it say no more than 4 like coupons in the same day. They told me that I could buy 4 in 4 separate transactions. Is this something I could call corporate about? They said it was part of their new coupon policy but I read it and didn’t see this mention. If I am wrong, could someone let me know. Thanks!

Hi Diane, sorry that happened to you. I’ve had it happen to me before – not at Walgreens but at other stores. When it happens I always say to cashier – “yes one per purchase, how many am I purchasing?” That usually helps get the point across. In other words if you are purchasing two then you can use two coupons – up to four like the coupon states. This person was just uninformed.
