Because these are part of the BOGO sale, we aren’t allowed to use the $1/2 coupon from coupons.com per the new coupon policy. Is that correct?

I used $1/2 coupons from an insert a couple weeks ago and did not have to buy 4. I used a coupon for every 2. I think the new policy is that you can’t use 2 coupons for 2 items in a BOGO Free.
But a $1/2 coupon is like saving $0.50 per item. so with the way the new policy is worded, in order to use the off/2 coupons, you need 4 items, so the coupon attaches to the 2 you are paying for.
