The Clean & Clear is not a sale price, it’s an instant value coupon in the February Coupon Book. So if the lowest price you spotted on the shelf was $5.99, you just show the coupon in the Feb book and it’ll drop the price down to $3.99, then you use your mfg. coupon and submit to get $1 checkout51 back, so you get the product for $1.99.
