Hi,Christie，May I ask a question? My printed coupons always hard to scan at store, is it my printer’s problem?
It could be the quality of the printer or ink. And honestly sometimes a coupon can just be bit hard to scan. I have the same problem occasionally.

I followed your post to buy 6 6-roll charmin and toothpast etc. but I didn’t get any points! later I found out that’s because after coupon I used $6 reward money to pay…so I lost more than my $6 and points…But I learned. I can’t get the coupons to print. I select coupons and click PRINT. The screen immediately goes to NO COUPONS SELECTED and they won’t print. I have printed Red Plum coupons in the past with no problem. Nothing has changed on this end. What is the problem??? I have been trying for three days.
I had to reinstall java to make it print.
