I have come to the conclusion there will be no more good deals on razors at Walgreens. It appears to me the good deals changed once the point system came in.
It’s not just Walgreens. No store has good deals on razors anymore!
I did just use 2 of the $3.00 off Bic womens razors coupons and got 2 nice packs of 5 packet of four blades disposables for about $2.00. (Think the coupon expired yesterday tho.) They are on a buy 1/get 1 50% off. But I think there is a new $2.00 off mens coupon that just came out, so do look for this deal at Walgreens for mens too.
I try to get good deal without regard to the points, so these become truly freebies. SInce the points started, I’ve cashed in twice over 40,000 and it is really a nice haul. I just hit 44,000 points again, so will get my bonus points again. Remember, best to use them at once, so I have to spend the $50.00 using points. Always too remember to use coupons and deals when you spend your points, to stretch those further too.
I want to let everyone know that if you buy two Axe hair products (I bought Apollo shampoo/condition and it worked), you get a code to get a free movie ticket to the “Intern”. Axe products I bought where on 20% sale, and they had a $1.00 sticky. So I got two products for about $9.50 (as they were $5.69 – 1.00). Not a great deal for Axe (which I often get free on the Unilever deals), but I was going to that movie. So I look at it as if I got two Axe shampoo/conditioners for free by going to the movie for $9.50. I did three separate transactions, each time using the $1.00 sticky, and it is a Catalina, so got one each time. Off to the movies!!. There is also a RedBox code on twelve packs of Dr. Pepper 10. That works well at the machine. Free products for going to the movies!!!
