I recently started using ibotta and have had problems with items being accepted. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong? For example, I scan the item and then the receipt will say that the item is wrong. The item will be exactly the same as the pictured one.
I would contact them, they have excellent customer service and will help you out. 🙂
Do you use to option to scan the item at the store before you purchase it. Its located on the offer page. Sometimes they are vary specific in size or variety. I scan the items before I purchase them. I’ve never had a problem doing it that way.
