I did this deal this morning with 4 cleansing wipes. I only got 6,000 points(1500 for each) there seams to be a lot of confusion about what products are included. The walgreens website doesn’t even have a list. I am chatting with Walgreens customer support right now. They are telling me sometimes it takes 3-5 days for points to show up and that I might have to call the balance rewards phone number

I had a total before coupons of around 16-17$ but I only got the simple points, guess this isn`t working out after coupons

A WARNING ABOUT THIS!!! I tried this and did not get the points, and had the manager override and get me points. I went to THREE different walgreens, and just letting you know the employees tend to be never very informed about deals like these! Make sure you talk to the manager before getting your purchase.

I just tried with coupons and total under $15 and did not get 3,000 pts. Then tried it again where my total was 15 dollars after coupons and it worked. I guess you need 15 dollars or more after coupons. 🙁

I was bummed this morning when this deal didn’t work as planned. I just got off the phone (855-225-9225) with Jeff and they added the 3,000 points to my account. I’m glad they came through for me.

I work at Walgreens and we tested it without the coupons. It still didn’t work. I called Balance Rewards about 10 minutes ago and they said it’s a known issue that should take 3-5 days to post to your account. Points should be there by Thursday.

Went yesterday and my OOP was $39.xx Included in my transaction was 6 different Simple products (only 1 pack of wipes), 6 Pert Plus, and 2 Softsoap body washes. I only received 9,000 points for the Simple products. I was sure that I would get the bonus points but I guess not.

I bought four packages of Simple wipes last night ($4.34 after discount), and used $7.50 in MQs. I got 6,000 points, but not the bonus 3,000.

I called CS this morning using the number on the back of the Balance Rewards card, and the rep said the coupons dropped the total to below $15, which is why I did not get the extra points. I said the promotion did not contain any stipulation about using coupons and that I would be returning the items I bought yesterday because I had only purchased them with the understanding that I would be earning the extra points.

She asked me to wait while she looked up the company’s promotion material for yesterday’s deal, and after reading through it, she acknowledged the lack of any verbiage concerning coupon use, so she manually added 3,000 points to my account.

I realize Walgreens is working the bugs out of the program, but I don’t understand why they seem to have a problem in general with manufacturer’s coupons. They get reimbursed for them, so why should it make a difference?

I bought 6 packs of facial wipes to get above $15 even after coupons, but I used register rewards to pay which also prevented the 3000 bonus. I called the number and got out in hold twice while they checked into it. They were very kind and in the end credited my account. I’m up to 33000 and looking forward to the Herbal Essence deal this week.
