Last time they did a Garnier Fructis deal some of the clearance items qualified, so that might be the case this time too. This store still has the spaces for the clearance Garnier but they were all out, so I couldn’t test it. If you find the clearance Garnier the tags were as low as $1.09 so $.09 with just the coupon. Even with no Register Reward that’s a sweet deal!
