hey – have you seen that blistex in your store? The ad says its a new product so I am a little nervous I won’t be able to find it.
I work at Walgreens and our deodorant aisle was recently changed around and it’s actually in there with the mens’ shaving creams and whatnot. I know my store has some there and even a displayer thing! Good Luck!

My Wag’s ad is suggesting there will be a $2 Sunday newspaper coupon for the Bayer Advanced, making it free after RR. This same coupon was mentioned in my CVS flyer, too.

Is there a $4 RR on Purex this current week? I didn’t see it. If it starts next week I was told RR deals don’t turn on Saturday. I found this out 2 Saturdays ago when I was trying to get the Listerine deal using the store coupon from that weeks ad and getting the sale price and RR for the folloowing week. At each store I went to they would not ring at the sale price. i finally asked and they explained the RR don’t get activated until Sunday.
The Register Reward deal for Purex is a monthly deal so you could get it today – but the $3 price starts on Sunday.
So the price will start on Saturday night and the RR will be active because it’s all month long. 🙂
So I have a ? lol, im pretty new at this but wont the gillette shower to shave thing count towards the $30 deal, to get a $10 RR and a $3 RR for buying it or no? Sorry if this is a silly ? but im thinking it will, cuz the razor deal wont work anymore i did it sunday and it worked but today i tried and it didnt print so i asked and the manager said they all received an email that explained it wouldnt work, but im thinkin it just might overlap.
No catalina deactivated it so they won’t overlap.
On the puffs deal… I got a cat. coupon from walgreens that reads ” try puffs plus or try puffs ultra soft and strong. $1 off any one puffs facial tissues.” The specific types of puffs are just a suggestion, right? Does this mean I can use this coupon on the upcoming puffs deal?
This week I tried purchasing $30+ of Gillette items to get the RR and used the coupons mentioned as well but even though my total was over $33 initially with the coupons it made my total a lot less and it wouldn’t print the RR. The manager voided my transaction and we tried it two other ways. The only way it would print the RR was if I didn’t use any coupons at all.
Is this how it’s supposed to be? I am pretty new to using coupons at Walgreens, this week was the first time I’ve really shopped there using coupons and from what I read online it seems like a lot of people can get the RR when the retail value of everything is the amount say $30 but they can still use their coupons to make it less and get the RR. Is my Walgreens just weird or am I missing something? Thank you for the help!!!
Hmmm. Manufacturer coupons shouldn’t affect it at all! It was probably an unadvertised bogo50%off deal messing it up.

For the airwick deal can we use 2 $1/1 and the $1.50/1 warmer making it $1.50 for two refills and a warmer?

If you need diapers, this will be a GREAT week to buy them. The WAGS diapers are $4.99 a pack. Use the $2/1 cpn from the Infant Care booklet and get the for only $2.99 a pack. The register will automatically deduct $2 for each pack you buy, even if you only have one coupon. And DON’T let them keep your coupon (they don’t need the coupon because it’s a WAGS cpn). You can keep re-using it until it expires on 12/31!
I stocked up and got a rain check! I bought 10 when they were 8.99, buy one get one free, and two dollars off. Now I bought 4 more packs and will get 6 more when the size 3 comes in. My son is currently in size 1, but will be in size 2 in a week or so. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these diapers. My son gets a red rash from huggies (his Dad did, too). I love swaddlers but not the cost, and they only go to size 2. The wags diapers are softer than luvs, so I’m hooked on them at $3 per pack! There are a couple of huge stacks in the corner of my son’s nursery. At least his nursery theme is rainforest so the green blends in!
