Do have any idea of what the shipping would be on the olive oil set?
They charge standard shipping of about $10 per order, regardless of the number of items in the order.
Can left over credit be applied to shipping?
It did reduce the price of shipping when I filled my shopping cart. Having not tried checking out yet, though.
