UPDATE – Many of you are having issues with the RR printing for the Pup-peroni when you use the $1/1 MQ. It seems to print without the coupon. You might expect that if the Register Reward was for $1 but it’s for $2, so that’s REALLY unusual. Even at $.99 these are a great price for these. Depending on your store you may be able to have them issue your RR after the transaction.

I just went to the Walgreens at Blue Diamond/Durango and I used the coupons and did not get a RR!!! So the manager and I tried it again and it worked at giving me RR with OUT the coupon/s. Something needs to get fixed! (Us), smart couponers, have always used coupons in conjunction with Register Rewards. Now they are stating that if you use coupons in the same transaction the RR won’t print. Hum……
the milk bone trans. doesn’t add up for me. am i thinking of it wrong? wouldn’t you get a RR with that deal also? Thanks. 🙂
Hey! I was thinking the same thing. I think she forgot to factor in a $3 RR for buying three products. So, it would be $2.97 for all 3 after RR. Is that right?

Actually, I re-worked the math (using my calculator this time) and after $3RR it would be $3.98 for all three products in scenario 2! I think 😉
Is the break down step by step…
$3.99 x 3 = $11.97
– $3.49 (max on the coupon for the free product)
= $8.48
– $1.50/2 Milk-bone coupon
= $6.98
– $1 RR
= $5.98 or $1.99 EACH
You will get a $1 RR not a $3 RR. Only the (2) milk-bone biscuits are included.
The max you can get off the product is $3.49 as listed in the coupon.

I purchased (2) bags of the Pup-Peroni and did not get a RR but a $1/2 bags on next Pup-Peroni purchase. Did anyone else get a RR?

RR did not print for me either!! It was tagged and everything.
If you have a problem with this not printing for some reason, you can call the manager to fix it (especially if there is a sign at your store). And you can call catalina. There are also ads for this printing at the register so you should have no problem calling Catalina to send you your register reward. 1-888-8COUPON
mine didn’t print either but the manager fixed it for me. she tried it with and without the $1/1 coupons and it only printed without the coupons for some reason. She said they will have to key it in manually next time unless the problem gets fixed before then.
didnt print for me either. she had to return the items and do it w/o coupons to get my RR to print. i still got the deal but it was a long hassle. i have about 10 qs left so i hope the problem gets fixed.
Seriously, call Walgreens corporate and Catalina. The more people call the faster it’ll get fixed and the sooner your doggie will thank you! 😉
RR didnt print for me either! Shelf was tagged… not in ad so Manager tried to make a stink.. but ended up just putting it on a giftcard. Even better!
Wondering if the $1 coupon is coded like the $1 RR would be, so it cancels out that… thus canceling the $2 RR? I dunno.

What size is the larger bag? My store had only the 5.6oz. Still not a bad deal for .99 a bag.
i called catalina and after about a 30 minute call, the guy told me because i used $1/1 manufacturer coupons it wont print the RR. the sign at my wags doesnt have any exclusions about using qs.
I did this deal today also and had the same problem with the $1 coupons. My RR didn’t print. The manager looked over the tags, looked at the RR I used (which wasn’t from this deal) and then scanned the bags and gave me the new RR that printed.
Tried the deal this morning and no RR either for me in the St. Louis market. No time to wait for a manager so I will have to call the catalina people and see if they will be able to help me out. Still a good deal for a bag of dog treats for .99 cents!
I guess it is on these size bags, just doesn’t work with the coupon. Someone on another deal site posted they were able to get the RR when they didnt use the coupons. Very strange since that is never the case with RR.
the RR still prints IF you do not use the $1 off printable coupon…so it is the correct size bags.
I didn’t see the comments before I tried this deal today. I didn’t get a RR reward either. Called up the manager, who checked it, and thought I should get it, but then realized it was b/c I used coupons. I wasn’t trying to make a stink about it, but told him I didn’t see why I couldn’t. I was told it would be coupon fraud. Not sure how, but oh well.

I tried this today and it still isn’t working! I saw the signs up though, so the manager with a major attitude problem printed up a $2RR from Del Monte? and then I went to another store they had no signs up, my RR didn’t print so I had to go through the whole let’s refund all your stuff story, because that sale doesn’t exist! But I’m not giving up, cause I have 3 dogs that want Pupperoni Lol! Thanks for all your work Christie!
