If you still haven’t gotten your flu shot, here’s a great motivator to do so. Not only are most Walgreens stores offering discounts on your shop when you get your flu shot, now Lysol is offering a $5 Flu Shot Rebate HERE.
After spending a frustrating 15 minutes looking for the information on the Lysol website to no avail, I finally called Lysol and was able to get the link for you! 🙂
To take advantage of this offer you will need to have had your flu shot between 11/7 – 11/30, (so for once I’m glad I procrastinated). You’ll need to mail in the original receipt, showing the price paid for the flu shot and the filled out pdf form found HERE. You can fill out one rebate per household and this offer is valid in the US (except RI). Your rebate form must be postmarked by 12/30 to qualify and no P.O. Boxes will be accepted.
