Coconut oil is awesome. Best cure I’ve ever found for blemishes. I also use it on my dog’s dry elbows. It sounds crazy, but this stuff is good for everything!
I became a coconut oil convert a couple of years ago. Someone told me that if I ate a tablespoon of it a day, my skin would only tan, not burn. (And since I’m a fair-skinned redhead, I usually burn if I’m in the sun for more than 5 minutes.) Totally true!
When you use it to cook with, it doesn’t taste like coconut. I fry/scramble eggs in it weekly, and they do not taste like coconut at all.
It also aids in weight loss. It is a good healthy fat and has huge health benefits. 1 tablespoon a day will raise your metabolism!
Candida hates Coconut too! So if you suffer from Candida, this is a great help!
