FREE E-Movie Ticket WYB U by Kotex

by Christie Bisbee on July 14, 2010

I really needed to burn some Register Rewards this week so I decided to turn some of my Register Rewards into movie tickets! I figure we are going to go to the movies anyway so why not. If you decide to take advantage of this deal here’s how it works.

Buy
3 – U by Kotex Products 3/$10
Use
3 – $1/1 U by Kotex PRINT
Total = $7, Get Back 1 FREE E-movie ticket (good up to $12!)

You’ll get what looks like a Register Reward with a special code for you to redeem your ticket. Here are the steps you need to follow after that.

1) Go HERE to enter your special code at the bottom of the Register Reward.

2) After you click NEXT it will ask you for your name, address and e-mail.

3) When you are done click next again and it will take you to a screen to print your e-ticket. It will have your name and a special identification number. If you choose not to print at that time you’ll get an e-mail you can print from. That e-mail will be good for 7 days.

You’ll have until 8/31/10 to enter your code and print your ticket, however you have till 12/31/10 to actually use your ticket! You can also go HERE to make sure there is a theater in your area that is participating. We found lots of theaters near us, including our favorite! The whole process was really easy and took all of 5 minutes tops! The hardest part will be deciding what movie to see. 😉

What a great idea Christie! I was trying to figure out what to do with my RRs this week. Thanks!

I’m so glad you posted this. I was thinking of doing the same thing but wasn’t sure how the ticket thing would work. Thanks and you are sooo awesome!!

I am just wondering if I would be able to spend these coupons at another (non-Walgreens) store before they expire since there isn’t much on sale this week to roll them with.

Christie, do you know if the free ticket is limited to one per household? Or does it not matter? I didn’t know if you could tell on the coupon? Thanks

Maria – I honestly didn’t see anything about 1 per household so I’m not sure. I did use the same address for both tickets and had no problems. I just used my initials for one and my hubby’s for the 2nd ticket I bought.

Beware trying to use these coupons… we had issues with our Toy Story 3 vouchers and they couldn’t get them to work at the theater we went to (over 30 miles away). We then had to contact the company and they’re going to issue us a full refund but it really turned into a huge pain in the end.

That says a lot about the company that they were willing to issue you a full refund. I would definitely check to make sure the movie theater you want to go is participating. So after checking on-line you might want to give them a call. We have lot’s to choose from in our area but I plan to call before I make the trip out there to be sure they haven’t dropped out or something.

I did this deal a couple of weeks ago and used my e-MovieCash ticket last week to see Grown Ups. My theater took it without a hitch. They also took my Disney Movie Reward free Toy Story 3 movie ticket too.

Is this deal still going on? When does it expire?
Thanks!

I’m sorry Kate, it ended last week. Maybe they’ll bring it back!
