My cashier is awesome and she knows about my site so she understood when I was like, AHHHH oh my gosh I have to go!!! They are doing road construction by my house and it’s a 35 mph zone now and I realized I was doing 50! Thank goodness I didn’t get a ticket and I slowed down when I noticed what I was doing. Just wanted to let you know. I went in to do the reach toothbrush and listerine deal. I got one toothbrush and 1 listerine whitening plus restoring. I handed my cashier the WAGS coupon in the ad first (this could have been my mistake). It took off $6. She then scanned a $1 off 1 toothbrush with no problems. However my $2 of listerine coupon would NOT scan. My awesome cashier could not figure out why and ended up just pushing it through for me 🙂 Just wondering if anyone out there experienced the same problem.
Also its a good week to use those kraft mac and cheese coupons from the spin the wheel game if you still have them. At $0.69 with the in ad coupon and a $0.55 off 2 it comes out to $0.42 each!
Hi Sylvia – I am 99% sure that it was giving the Walgreens coupon first that was your culprit. I was able to buy 1 Listerine and 2 reach today with my (3) mq and the wags coupon with no problems. Whenever I give the Wags Q first I end up with a big mess.
So, how did you discover it was bogo?? Was there a sign or did you just randomly try this?
Also, I did the reach/nivea transaction and the reach coupon states that you get one free up to $3.99, so my cashier would only take $3.99 off. Oh well…still a good deal.
Yes there is a Reach coupon for $3.99 max value and one for $4.99 max value. Still FREE so you can’t go wrong! There’s a code for B1G1 or B1G1 50% off so when they rang up the Nivea the code was there. It was my amazingly wonderful cashier who noticed. So, I threw in another one and it worked!
Ok, just reread one of your posts. There are 2 different bogo reach coupons. I didn’t get the one in the 5/16 insert, so that much be the one with the higher value. Sad for me! 🙁

I purchased 2 Nivea Body Washes today (separate transactions)and my RR’s did not print. 🙁 Any idea why ? Anyone else experiene this ?
I was so excited to hear about the B1G1, I rushed out of church and to Walgreens to pick up the Nivea body wash. When the cashier rang up two of them they were 12.00!! Not B1G1. Maybe it was a glitch that was fixed. I live in Michigan, so maybe it’s different in other states. 🙁
Did you get the plain Active 3? It’s not working on the other ones. And it’ll ring up $5.99 each, the $5.99 is taken off at the end. So if you just check them and don’t subtotal the transaction you aren’t going to know.
At first my RR did not print b/c i got a different scent. The only one that prints the reward was Active 3 kind (at least for me).
One of my stores rang up $4.99 BOGO!! I was so thrown off but at least it was in my favor this time!
I have a Buy2Get$4off from Nivea’s website. I should be able to use this on the Nivea for Men Active 3? The coupon only states “NIVEA body products 8.4 oz or larger”.
I’m in FL also, so I’m hoping it’s B1G1 for me, too!

Buy $4/2 should work! Just make sure to try the plain active 3 pictured. It’ll ring up $5.99 each and take the $5.99 off at the end.
The other scents didn’t print a Register Reward for me so my cashier used the active 3 when she rang me up. The others are also ringing up at $4.99 instead of $5.99. I had $1/l from my 5/16 paper and it beeped. The cashier pushed it through though. It seemed I was there forever while she tried to get different coupons to work for me. I had trouble with the Reach toothbrushes as well.
I love this cashier and she was adamant that she had to do the Wags Q first and then the MQs second. She also wanted my RR before any Qs for my second transaction. Anybody have success doing it that way?
Cathy, usually Sunday the cashiers don’t know what’s coupons are in the ad so I usually just give all my MQ and then pull out the in ad Q at the end. There is no way I’m letting them use my Wags Qs first. You can use the RR first, that should be ok but MQ before Wags Qs!

Claire, I think it’s a fluke. I wouldn’t expect to see it anywhere. They will both ring up $5.99 but it will take off $5.99 at the end. So, if that doesn’t happen for you then you can just change your mind before you pay but if you just say, ring this up, it’s going to ring up $5.99. It’ll be taken off after it’s subtotaled. Hope that helped!
I went back to Walgreens and purchased the correct nivea body wash (the plain active 3) and it was not B1G1! I had the cashier total it and it still didn’t show the B1G1. Did anyone else have this problem?

I went to 3 Walgreens in my area (seattle, WA) and only 1 had the BOGO on the nivea body wash. Not sure why only some stores have the BOGO…???(all 3 stores are within 5 miles of eachother).
I really have a hard time going to Walgreens. Today the manager told me that I could only by ONE Nivea body wash, because it was one per person. It wasn’t BOGO either. It is sooooo frustrating! I have gone to walgreens soooo many times times trying to do deals and they never have the product on hand.

The Nivea Active 3 rang up as advertised here, Madison, Wisconsin: 1 @ $5.99 got $6 RR and I had the $3 coupons, so it was nice to get a transaction to work out for me. No BOGO though… I have struggled for years with getting the Wags scenarios to work for me… Must be everything I’ve learned here, at this website! Thanks for the great posts!!
I am in Upstate South Carolina and it rang up BOGO for me. The cosmetics cashier actually told me they were ringing up BOGO so I got two more. I didn’t have the $3 Nivea coupon as it wasn’t in my local papers but I did have 2/$1 Q’s that I used. My store had a lot of school supplies on clearance so they made good fillers.
I went to 3 walgreens of which it worked in 2 and would have worked in the 3rd one if the cashier was a little more friendlier and told me about the B1G1 she just didnt tell me, and thanks you all on my other visits i managed to score a free body wash.
I tried the Neutrogena lip protector with sunscreen deal except mine was even better! My did ring up on sale 25% off or $2.16 each. I had 2 $2 coupons and 1 $1 coupon. My total with tax was $2.08 AND then I got the $10 RR!!! I was so excited!

I live near Dallas, TX and my Nivea did not ring up B1G1 free. I had the cashier try all the scents even though the RR’s are only good on the Active 3 scent.
