I did this deal the other day… They were on clearance for $2.24 each and rang up buy 1 get one half off (sale on sally hansen this week)
so my total was $3.36 – (2) $2/1 coupons, made it a $0.64 money maker!
Did the coupons beep??
Not at all… I was getting some other things in the same transaction and was going to pay with $2RR and had to add another 3pk of socks that were on clearance for 0.74 to get over $2 because of the overage that I had not calculated into my total. So I ended up getting (4) 3pks of womens ankle socks 0.74 each, 2 salley hansen hair removers +0.64, a pack of scooby doo stickers on clearance for 0.29 -$2RR = 0.61 OOP.
Saw these for a $1 at my Walgreens 2 weeks ago, I’ll print the coupons and see if they have more.
I found two at a Walgreen’s near our house for $2.29 and used two coupons. It rang up as part of the buy one get one 50% sale and the cashier adjusted down the amount of the second coupon so no overage. Cheap just the same. Tried it tonight and I worked pretty good. Need to wait 24 hours between uses though and it did leave some strays.
I bought 3 sally hansen on clearance($2.29 for 2 and $1.14 50%off sale) and 1 glade expressions spray $3.49. Total $9.21-$8.00 coupons=$1.21($1.89 w/tax) and then I got a rr for $1.50. I was happy I stopped by Walgreens today.
